The rules and limitations that apply to Custom Tablecloth Shop design previews and digital files

These Terms of Service govern your use of Custom Tablecloth Shop, including tablecloth sizing tools, logo and pattern previews, saved designs, digital purchases, downloads, and support services.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The current service creates digital tablecloth designs and previews. It does not currently sell, manufacture, or ship a physical tablecloth.
Digital previews are visual simulations. They are not photographs of a finished product and do not guarantee fabric texture, physical color reproduction, print placement, seams, hems, or production quality.
Unless a result expressly says otherwise, delivered files are not verified for a particular printer's bleed, panel mapping, seam allowance, color profile, or production template. You are responsible for confirming a printer's requirements before using a digital file for production.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, magic links, draft links, result links, and download links secure. A person with an authorized link may be able to use the access granted by that link.
You must provide accurate information and must not attempt to access another user's private draft, purchase, or files.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload or use logos, images, text, trademarks, and other materials you provide.
You retain your rights in your original inputs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transform, render, transmit, and store those inputs as necessary to provide the requested design and delivery services.
You are responsible for reviewing the complete preview, table shape, dimensions, layout, colors, and selected pattern before finalizing a result.
Generated or assisted pattern outputs may contain errors, visible repeat seams, unexpected elements, or similarities to existing visual material. You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on or distributing it.
We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, registrable as intellectual property, or free of third-party claims.
The Tablecloth Design Pack is a one-time digital purchase. The exact amount, currency, included files, and applicable tax are shown on the finalized result and Stripe Checkout before payment.
Payment does not create a physical production or shipping order. Purchased files are tied to the immutable result version shown before checkout. Editing a later draft does not change an earlier purchased result.
Purchased files are planned to remain available for 12 months after purchase. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files during that period.
Submitting printing interest is not an order, quote, reservation, delivery promise, or guarantee that a matching supplier will be available. We may contact you about the specific request when suitable options have been validated, subject to your contact consent.
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate another person or business, distribute malware, evade security controls, access another user's data, or submit prohibited abusive or illegal content.
We may block or remove content, restrict access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
The service depends on third-party payment, storage, authentication, email, generation, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Features may be changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every preview or file will be suitable for a particular physical product.
Custom Tablecloth Shop and its software, interface, brand, and service components are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
