Refund eligibility for Custom Tablecloth Shop digital design files

This policy applies to the one-time digital Tablecloth Design Pack. It does not describe physical tablecloth returns because the current service does not sell or ship physical products.
We provide a full refund after verification when:
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if no purchased-file download has been authorized.
Download authorization and entitlement status are determined from server records, not only from the browser page. A download is authorized when our server grants a valid paid purchase access to the private archive; interrupted transfers remain eligible for technical support and replacement.
After the first download authorization, we do not provide a refund solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong design settings, no longer need the files, or prefer a different visual result. The complete preview is available before payment.
If a purchased file is corrupted, missing, or does not match the files promised on the result page, contact us within 7 days of payment. We will first attempt to repair or replace the affected file. If we cannot provide the promised file, we will issue a full refund.
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A refund removes future download access but does not delete payment, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, or audit records that we are required to keep.
This policy is subject to applicable law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
