How Custom Tablecloth Shop handles design inputs, uploaded artwork, account data, payments, and digital files
2026/07/30
This Privacy Policy explains how Custom Tablecloth Shop collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our tablecloth design, preview, sizing, account, payment, and support services.
The selected logo image is stored on your device for preview and recovery and is not uploaded by the current draft flow. When you continue into the editor, structured draft settings such as measurements, colors, layout, design name, and pattern description are saved on our servers. Features that generate a pattern, create a result, or deliver purchased files may process additional data on our servers and with the service providers described below.
Depending on the feature you use, we may collect:
We do not intentionally send prompts, uploaded file URLs, email addresses, ZIP codes, notes, or secure tokens to product analytics.
We use information to:
We may use service providers for payment processing, authentication, email delivery, private object storage, AI image generation, application hosting, monitoring, and analytics. We share only the information reasonably necessary for the requested feature.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. A generation provider may receive a prompt and the minimum required generation settings, but provider names and routing may change without altering the user-facing design contract.
Drafts are private by default. The current logo source file remains in the browser, while structured draft settings are stored server-side. A draft URL only locates the record; editing also requires a separate browser owner proof or the associated verified account. Result, recovery, and download tokens are designed to be difficult to guess, but anyone who receives an authorized link may be able to access the scope granted by that link.
A result link permits only the preview access shown on that page. It does not by itself grant draft editing or paid file downloads. Sharing is not enabled unless you request it.
Current draft retention and planned result retention periods are:
The current draft flow creates the anonymous and verified-email draft records described above. Features not yet connected to server-side storage do not create result, purchase, or delivery records. We may delete or anonymize information sooner when you request deletion and no legal retention duty applies.
We may use HttpOnly cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, and similar technologies to keep a session secure, prove same-browser draft ownership, preserve an anonymous draft and local logo source, carry a size calculation into a design, prevent abuse, and measure product reliability.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including private storage, short-lived signed URLs, high-entropy tokens, server-side entitlement checks, and payment webhook verification where applicable. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. Deleting design assets does not necessarily delete transaction records that we must retain. Marketing consent is separate from a printing-interest follow-up or a transactional email.
The service is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.
We may update this policy as the design, payment, and printing services change. The date above identifies the current version.
