Choose the sizing rule

The covered edges change with the way the table will be used.

• Start with the setupDining uses an even drop on every side. Booth, conference, wedding, and runner layouts cover different edges and require different inputs.
• Check the formulaFor a general rectangular cloth, add two drops to both tabletop dimensions. Use the dedicated scenario formulas when one side stays open or reaches a different height.
• Keep the result honestA calculated dimension is a design reference. It does not confirm that a supplier stocks that size, fabric, seam layout, or finishing method.

Review logo artwork

Judge the file at its intended physical size, not only by how it looks on screen.

• Measure effective PPIPixel dimensions and printed inches determine effective resolution. Enlarging a raster logo lowers PPI even when the browser preview still appears smooth.
• Inspect the backgroundJPEG artwork cannot carry transparency. A white or colored rectangle in the uploaded file remains visible unless the artwork is prepared with a transparent background.
• Request a supplier proofA digital mockup does not contain supplier bleed, trim, safe-area, seam, or panel rules. Confirm those items on the selected supplier template before production.

Inspect the full repeat

A convincing tile still needs to work across the width and drop of the cloth.

• Check every tile edgeMotifs that stop abruptly or change spacing at an edge create visible seams when the square tile repeats.
• Review density at full sizeCompare the repeated tablecloth surface, not only one tile. Motifs that feel balanced in a square can become too dense or too sparse across a wide cloth.
• Treat screen color as a guideThe preview uses screen color. Fabric, ink, print process, and supplier color management can change the printed result, so final color still belongs in the production proof.
